Madbox Linux est une distribution basée sur Ubuntu 9.10 avec Xfce comme environnement graphique. Cette nouvelle version inclut de nombreux ajouts et améliorations :
- nouveau thème complet ( Gtk / Xfwm / Icones )
- internet / réseau avec Firefox, Pidgin, Wicd, Prism, ..
- le multimédia avec Vlc, Gimp, Pitivi, Shotwell, ..
- un media center avec XBMC
- la bureautique avec Abiword et gnumeric
- une interface "simple" pour les netbooks
- nouvelle config. pour conky et adeskbar
